These beautiful personalised solid European oak signs are the perfect addition to your home, garden, shed, garage or even home bar. They are made from oak which is planed all round, hand sanded on the front then laser engraved with wording of your choice, hand sanded again to clean up any residue form the engraving process and finally finished with 3-4 coats of external oil to help them withstand the weather (oil or varnish will require periodical additional treatments). Alternatively, if you would prefer to leave them natural or paint yourself they can be left natural (untreated). As with all wood, they will weather when exposed to sun, rain, temperature changes etc especially if not kept treated. 
 
The wood measures either approx 150x300x25mm, 100x250x25mm or 100x200x20mm as standard but custom lengths as well as other sizes are also available, please get in touch to discuss your requirements if you would like something different. 
 
As these are made from real wood and hand finished length and width may vary by +/-5mm and the grain, knots, checking, colour and engraving intensity will vary from piece to piece which means each piece will be unique.
A design proof, if requested, will be sent through email (if an address is given) prior to engraving for you to check and make changes if required. Please note  if I've had no response within 5 working days of sending the proof, the signs will be engraved using that design to help avoid delays. If you have any other questions please get in touch.
